In essence, floor beds foster independence, allowing babies and toddlers unrestricted access to their entire bedroom rather than confining them to a crib. This promotes independent play and instills the confidence to navigate their personal space.
Our Montessori Inspired beds are not only exquisitely smooth to the touch but also feature rounded edges for optimal toddler safety. Moreover, all our beds are 100% built with materials that have been proven to be kids friendly. Proudly made in Vancouver, BC, each bed undergoes a rigorous quality assurance process, guaranteeing that you receive a top-tier product that meets our stringent standards.
Our standard rails have a height of around 14 inches. To ensure optimal safety for your toddler, we recommend selecting a mattress with a height ranging from 7 to 10 inches. This choice will create a secure and comfortable gap between the top of the mattress and the upper edge of the rail. If you opt for a taller mattress, no worries! All you have to do is select the option of a higher rail in the bed configuration.

“” Leg Height Configuration “”
When customizing your bed configuration, you have the option to choose between a ground-level setting or a slightly elevated design with 3-inch legs. It’s essential to note that all our beds include slats. If you opt for the “on the ground” option, the bed frame will rest directly on the floor, however, your mattress will be internally lifted approximately 2 inches from the ground.

Our bed designs are intentionally crafted to allow for the future removal of both side rails (excluding the header and footer). This feature ensures adaptability and longevity, providing a solution that grows with your child’s changing needs.
